Hastelloy C-22 alloy is an all-round nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with better overall properties than other existing nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, including HASTELLOY C-276, C4 alloy and 625 alloy. HASTELLOY C22 alloy has good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, and also has excellent resistance to oxidative aqueous media, including wet chlorine, nitric acid or oxidizing mixed acids containing chloride ions. At the same time, HASTELLOY C22 alloy also has the ideal ability to resist reducing and oxidizing environments encountered in the process. HASTELLOY C22 alloy is exceptionally resistant to a variety of chemical environments, including strongly oxidizing substances such as ferric chloride, cupric chloride, chlorine, thermally contaminated solutions (organic and inorganic), formic acid, acetic acid, acetic anhydride, seawater and salt solution, etc. Therefore, Hastelloy C22 alloy has a wide range of applications in chemical and petrochemical fields, especially suitable for use in high temperature, inorganic and organic acids mixed with impurities (such as formic acid and acetic acid), and seawater corrosive environments.

Hastelloy X is an austenitic nickel-based alloy with 22% chromium and excellent oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Hastelloy X alloy is solid solution strengthened and has excellent strength at high temperatures. It has good high temperature and stress fracture characteristics above 790oC or 1450oF. It is suitable for applications with a temperature limit of approximately 1200°C. Alloy X contains large amounts of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum, providing excellent corrosion resistance similar to the high-nickel alloys more common in corrosive applications.

Hastelloy C-4 alloy is an austenitic low carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy, the main difference from other earlier developed alloys of similar chemical composition is the low carbon, silicon, iron, and tungsten content. Such a chemical composition enables it to exhibit excellent stability at 650-1040°C, improve resistance to intergranular corrosion, and avoid edge-line corrosion susceptibility and weld heat-affected zone corrosion under appropriate manufacturing conditions. Alloys are mainly used in flue gas desulfurization systems, pickling and acid regeneration plants, acetic acid and agrochemical production, titanium dioxide production (chlorine method), electrolytic plating, etc.

Hastelloy C-276 alloy is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy containing tungsten. Because of its extremely low silicon carbon content, it is considered to be a universal anti-corrosion alloy. It has good corrosion resistance in low temperature and medium temperature hydrochloric acid. performance.
